Service tests not loading in 12.02

I have issue loading the API tests in the UFT 12.02 . Attached are the error messages. I have uninstalled and re-installed the application. Cleared the registry and tried still the API tests are not loading.

I have had a issue like this before and it was an issue with the Operating system Fonts. I recommend following the procedure out lined on the following site.
