I would like for you to run the ALM Uninstaller on your machine. The tool can be downloaded from the following location - [Download ALM Uninstall Utility][1]

Download the tool to your desktop, unzip the tool, then right click and select 'Run as an administrator'. Select the checkbox for 'Full Cleanup', then click the 'Uninstall' button. Once the cleanup process has completed, reboot the machine. Once the machine is back up and running, open a 32-bit version of Internet Explorer as an admin (Right-click and run as administrator). If you don't have 32-bit version of IE, you can find it under Program Files(x86) --> Internet Explorer --> iexplore.exe. Once an instance of IE has opened, I would like for you to try connecting to the ALM server once again.
