Site parameter to restrict attachments

We currently have testers attaching LARGE reports to test instances in ALM among other files. Which site parameters do you suggest we add, and its value(s), that will prevent this from happening again?

I would suggest adding the UPLOAD_ATTACH_MAX_SIZE parameter this will keep users from uploading attachments larger than the size you set. This parameter prevents the upload of attachments whose size is greater than the integer value specified for this parameter. The size is in kilobytes. Note: This parameter does not affect uploads of attachments in integration tools. The default value is -1 (meaning, all attachments are uploaded regardless of size). Marked as spam
