Snapshot utility Not working correctly in HP ALM12.53?

Hello,
We have recently upgraded to ALM 12.53 and have patched to the latest build, but yet we still have issues with the snapshot utility? How can we resolve this issue?

Helo HomerJ,
Are you using Windows 10 for your clients? If so this is a known issue within HP that is currently being addressed. At this time no work around or resolution exists but you can follow the progress of this issue if you have an HP Passport by following and subscribing to document QCCR1J92598.
