1. *Can I just install patch 25 with patch 24?*
No, only one patch can be installed at a time with Sprinter for proper working functionality. This is per HP.
2. *Does patch 25 contain the fix/s that patch 24 has?*
I have inquired with HP and while the readme for patch 25 does not mention the associated issue that hotfix patch 24 covers, HP engineer told me that patch 25 does include the required dll files that 24 required for its fix.
3. *If not included, what is my best option then?*
It is included, so you will want to have just the public patch 25 installed.
4. *If patch 25 does have patch 24, what is best way to remove patch 24?*
Go to your to control panel, and installed programs (Programs and Features). Click on installed updates on the left to see the list of updates in place for installed programs. Find Sprinter patch 24 an uninstall it. Once complete, go about running and installing the patch 25 exe file.
