There are a few yes. Your ALM server needs to support IE 11 via the ALM client, and you need a version of Sprinter that will thus support your version of ALM server.

- From the readme file for Sprinter,
for IE 11, the following is stated:
Sprinter may fail to learn user
actions in Internet Explorer when
Enhanced Protected mode is enabled.
- Power mode cannot be enabled if UFT
is installed on the same client
machine (seen this trip up quite a
few folks).

And to just list the usual culprits for UFT and Sprinter on same machine, as not everyone is usually aware:

- If you uninstall UFT after installing
Sprinter, run the Sprinter
Installation again in Repair mode.

- Any changes to the installation of one of these products will affect the other. If you uninstall, modify, or upgrade one product, the other may fail. You will need to repair the installation of the affected product.
