Support for Chinese characters in Requirements tab

When Chinese characters are entered into requirements in the requirements tab, they change to ???. As a workaround, we can attach screenshots, but since we’re currently working on a Chinese release this has become rather frustrating. Is there anything like a Chinese language pack that can be installed?

I am attaching a portion of the Release Notes for ALM 11.52.

As you can see, your ALM server(s) must be Unicode Compliant in order to display Chinese characters. If they are not, you will experience the question marks when displaying Chinese characters. If your ALM Server(s) are not Unicode compliant, that would be the only way to fix your current ALM 11.52 version. If your ALM server(s) are Unicode compliant, you can change your projects to be Unicode compliant if you are using MS-SQL. If you are using Oracle, Multi-language support needed to be defined when installing that Oracle server.
