System Error. Code:1400. Invalid window handle

Hi, some of out testers are reporting that they are unable to take screenshots like they used to with the camera icon (They could with version 11, but we just upgraded to 12.21). Getting the error- "System Error. Code:1400. Invalid window handle". Can you help us with this issue?

There is an article that HP published (KM184156) that states this issue is caused by the Internet Discussion feature that changes the way Windows handles Internet Explorer. I have listed the steps below that are listed in the document. If the Discuss add on isn't listed, you may want to experiment with disabling other add ons to see which one is affecting how Windows is handling Internet Explorer. Launching ALM without using the Internet Explorer Discussion feature: - Close the current ALM browser window You can also find the 'Discuss' add on in the following location: - Make sure the 'Menu Bar' is displayed in the IE browser Marked as spam
