When importing your test case using the Excel Add-in, please make sure that the ''Test Type'' is entered as ''MANUAL'' and not ''Manual''. VBScript is case sensitive and although ALM will assign it a test type of ''MANUAL'' it would be stored in the database as ''Manual'' and therefore not be found when searching for it to list all of the test cases in the test lab. This can be fixed with a database query but I would recommend deleting the test cases stored as ''Manual'' in the database and re-importing them by correcting the Excel file such that the test type is ''MANUAL''.
