We are currently using Performance Center 12.01 with Windows 2008. Our test always fails at collating results stage.

Our controller is on windows 2008 with 4 GB memory, 2 vCPU and 40 GB totally space. We verified that our controller machine had 3 GB free space. Collating test results sometime takes 2-3 hours.

Do you think if we increase memory and CPU can improve collate test results time?

Yes, increasing memory and CPU can improve the collating test result time.

Furthermore; you have to increase your hard drive space. I recommend talking to your VMware
Administrators and ensure that you have 80 GB's of hard drive space. It is recommended to have 40 GB's of Free space. This will resolve this issue. In addition, I strongly recommend upgrading to HPE ALM-PC 12.60.
