Most likely it is being mapped to co-ordinates off screen. Perhaps you had a 2 monitor setup one time, and the last recorded position was on a second monitor. Similar issue can happen with the manual runner. While the manual runner has a fix via the system tray, the test instance detail I don't believe does.

Easiest solution probably is to have an admin remove your userID from the project where the issue is taking place. Remove and add back. Also, recommend deleting your TD_80 folder from your TEMP directory to remove any cached values. With those 2 actions, your test instance details pop up should be reset and show up properly for you.
