This is actually proper functionality, when a user tries to run a test that is checked out what happens is that the field ''draft run'' is automatically set to ''Y'' when the test was run in the manual runner. To find
out if this is the case open the ''Test Runs'' tab and look for the column called ''Draft Run'' check to see if the draft run is set to ''Y'' if the draft run is set to Y for that run it will not show up in the test lab.

By telling ALM a run is a ''Draft Run'' this means that you do not want it to count. This is functionality set in place to make runs not count when a user tries to run a checked out test.

If you don't see the ''Draft Run'' column in Test Runs you will need to add it by selecting the ''Select Columns'' button. You should be able to set the value from ''Y'' to ''N'' to make sure the test run appears back in the test lab. Also going forward let the user know if they are running a checked out test they can just set the draft run value back to ''N'' when they kick off the test in the manual runner dialog.
