The Attachment tab under test lab on ALM 11 is throwing an error

The ALM 11 on VM xxx.xx.xx.xxx is throwing an error whenever the Attachment tab under Test Lab is clicked on. The error message, " Illegal characters in path. " will appear and the screen is black. All the icon buttons in the attachment tab is not visible. What can be causing this?

What is the patch level of your ALM 11.0 system? Does this happen to all users? In all Projects? Which Attachment tab are you clicking in the Test Lab? Is it the one associated to a Test Lab folder or to a Test Set? Does it happen no matter which Test Lab entity is selected? Marked as spam
