Hello,
Have you changed the default settings after installing the screen recorder, as the latest version causes the system to only keep the last 2mb of the recording just taken? This can be found and edited by right clicking the HP screen recorder icon in the system tray and selecting the options setting. Once in the options settings screen select the file size tab and then edit the default to gather more of the data that you wish to retain.
