TruClient functions – How to use documented functions shown in Help ? ? ?

How do I use the TruClient Functions such TC.advanceParam
(parameter) ?
Clicking help (?) in TruClient opens TruClient protocol so selecting Function Reference and then TruClient Functions I see many available Functions but it does not really tell me how to use them…is there a Function library I can import, do I have to create it myself? Why show all this in Function Reference if they don’t simply exist for use
Can some provide steps to use or create or point me to the document that does?

Thanks

I have uploaded a spreadsheet whose data was extracted from the Vugen TruClient Help. This contains each function, description and examples. If you need additional information, let me know

Thanks but I got that part...that is exactly what I referenced in my description. My question is how to use them, insert them, make them work, in a TruClient script...How do you do the following as noted in the help document... The following functions can be inserted as values in TruClient step elements. In LoadRunnerLoadRunnerscripts, the TC prefix can be replaced with LR. What does the above mean exactly?

While in Develop mode, open the Tool Box, select Miscellaneous, select Evaluate Java Script, enter the function call and drag it into your script.
