I’m trying to open tests saved to C:\Program Files\HP\Unified Functional Testing\tests and they are not editable.

If you open a test from a protected location (such as Program Files) and UAC is enabled, the test is opened in read-only mode. To modify the test, copy it to another location and open the files from there. Marked as spam
