UFT Batchrunner results not updated

We executed the service tests in the test batch runner.
in the UI it shows the executed date at 4th feb but when i check the results in the report folder it shows as 29th jan , the last run report.
Can you please let us know the reason why it shows the incorrect report.

Are the tests export the results? After doing some research I found HP Change Request [QCCR1J76046](https://softwaresupport.hpe.com/group/softwaresupport/search-result/-/facetsearch/document/LID/QCCR1J76046) that states there an issue with Test Batch Runner and export results. This issue is under investigation with HP Development.
