UFT with AI mode is capturing my test as a blank object. Is it broken?

AI Inspection window

In some cases, when using AI identification to inspect a web application on Internet Explorer, UFT One sees the application as an empty black page.

Workaround:

Wait until the web page is fully loaded and click REFRESH on the AI Inspection window.
