Multiple Component registration failed during install. Attempting install using RDP method to a Virtual machine

Attempted resolutions

1. Verified checksum install media downloaded from Orasi site
2. Installed using RDP console (mstsc /console)
3. Ran setup.exe as admin

Private answer

Make sure your installation files are LOCAL to the machine you are installing to. Do NOT install using installation files from a network share/location.

That did it. Moved my installation files from my mapped network share over to my local machine, and it installed just fine.
