UFT does not recognize the Oracle forms

We have installed the UFT 14.03 and enabled the Oracle add in. When we record it does recognize the Oracle objects and forms but when we add objects to Object Repository or Spy window does not recognize the oracle forms or objects. Application is Oracle forms with Oracle JInitiator 1.8.0_131 and this is new machine that we just install this application.

HPE/MF UFT has known issue If you install an Oracle JInitiator 1.1.x version after you install the UFT Oracle Add-in, **You must repair UFT** to test applications running in the newly installed JInitiator version. For more details.
