Here are a couple of things to try:

1. If you are able to see the setting under the General settings, try selecting the ''Restore layout'' button, although you may not be able to see it if it's covered.
2. Go into the Windows Apps in the Control Panel (Programs & Features) like you are going to uninstall the program. Select Unified Functional Testing in the applications list, and then click the Change button. Select the option to run a repair on the installation and then reboot the machine when finished. This should fix the issue.
