UFT unable to see mapped network drives

We have several mapped network drives that contain our UFT scripts and resources. We can see these just find in Windows File Explorer, but UFT can not see them. How do we fix this?

This can be caused by UAC settings and differning user elevation levels. There are several work-arounds for this. Take a look at [this link][1] for a great explanation and a couple of work-arounds to try.
