UFT won’t launch with %appdata% on a network drive

For some reason, I don’t know why, our systems guys make our %appdata% folder reside on a network drive. With %appdata% configured like this, UFT 14.53 won’t launch. Does anyone know how to make it work like this?

This is a known issue. Micro Focus has provided a hotfix for UFT 14.53 for this issue. You can reach out to your support partner and ask them to get it for you. Reference change request OCTCR17E309082. Marked as spam
