Unable to access ALM synchronizer logs through UI

We are getting the below error when trying to view the sync error report from the ALM Synchronizer 12.53 Sync Pack 2. I can only view the error log from inside the Sync Client, but if I try to download it we get:

HPE ALM Synchronizer
Unable to open log file. The log file may have been deleted or corrupted.

This issue is a bug, it is fixed in the newer versions of ALM synchronizer, I would suggest installing 12.55 SP1
