Unable to Access knowledge base

I tried accessing the HP knowledge base via my HP Passport username & passwd, but saw "access denied".
I have verified with HP that my User Name and Password are valid. Has any one else had this issue?

Please clear your cache and try again. If clearing the cache does not work, please try a different machine.
