The most likely root cause of your issue is that you need to set the Communications Security Passphrase in SiteScope to match the Communications Security Passphrase used in Performance Center. Please consider the following steps required to determine your Communications Security Passphrase in ALM and how to set this is SiteScope:
* To get the Communications Security Passphrase from ALM:
o Log in to ALM Site Administration
o Click on the Site Configuration tab
o Copy the contents of the ''COMMUNICATION_SECURITY_PASSWORD'' field
* To set the Communications Security Passphrase in SiteScope:
o Log in to SiteScope as the administrator
o Navigate to Preferences--General Preferences--LW SSO Settings
o Paste the Communications Security Passphrase into the appropriate field
