Unable to attach word document in Defects module

Go Dawgs, 1. Try renaming the attached file to something simple. 2. Please check the cros_ref table of the project via site admin or database backend. If you know what the attachment name is please run the following query: SELECT * FROM CROS_REF where CR_REF_ID = and cr_reference like '%Attachment_name%' Check if CR_REFERENCE has a illegal character such as Hyphen, Single quote, apostrophe. Remove those characters and you will be able to attach the word document. Marked as spam
