Unable to capture Web Page Diagnostics in LR 12.53

We are using LR 12.53 and scripting with the Web (HTML/HTTP) protocol. Our web application is using HTTP/2. We are able to record and replay our scripts; however, we are not able to capture the "Web Page Diagnostics". According to the Virtual User Generator Help Center, HTTP/2 is supported. Any thoughts or input would be great.
