Unable to Collate Results in ALM-PC 11.52?

For one of the load generators in our test, we are unable to collate results.
Every time the test runs on the controller, We get a message saying ‘Failed Collating Results. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue? Any input would be great.

The reason for this error is because the OTA client installation on the PC Hosts is invalid. Therefore the communication between the PC Host and the ALM Server cannot be established properly and the load test Results collation fails.

To Update the OTA client installed on the problematic client / host or LG machine using the following procedure:

1. Login to the machine as IUSR_METRO (or the registered PC user) (machinenameISUR_METRO PW: P3rform@1nce)
2. Open the IE browser, connect to the ALM server and select the Add-Ins page
3. Select HP Quality Center Connectivity > Download Add-In and run the ''TDConnect.exe'' to update the OTA version
4. Logoff to machines (the LG in the case)

Now open the ALM-PC interface as you normally would go to the ''Test Lab'' and try to collate the result
