Unable to do value mapping in ConnectAll 2.9.5 for user fields

I recently upgraded to Connect all 2.9.5 and I notice that on my Jira links I can no longer do value mappings for user fields such as reporter and assignee, is this a bug?

This is not a bug, new functionality was introduced starting in ConnectAll 2.9.1 Patch 1 to include support for European GDPR requirements in Jira, see attached for a document with instructions on how you can use a .csv file to do the value mappings.
