Prathap7475,

First I would recommend that you have the UAC control (User Access Control, within the settings for your local machine) set to do not notify, then add the URL of the ALM 12.53 site to either the trusted or local zones with your IE settings, then close out IE, right click on the IE icon and launch it with the ''run as administrator'' option for the first time connecting to the ALM 12.53 server.

Next, I would also try and go into the tools settings and register the client on your local system, then relaunch and try again.

If none of these have worked and you are at this point, I would recommend that you obtain a copy of the uninstaller utility and try and uninstall all components of every version of client installed on your local system. Restart the system and then try again from the above.
