To revert to Quality Center authentication and give youself access to Site Administrator again:

Have you DBA run the following sql against the qcsiteadmin_db to revert back to Quality Center Authentication.

UPDATE PARAMS SET PARAM_VALUE =
'QualityCenter' WHERE PARAM_NAME =
'AUTHENTICATION'

Log in again using the original Quality Center site administrator account.

To avoid locking youself out again while enabing LDAP, before closing the Site Administrator remember to:

  • Import your LDAP account
  • Assign Site Administrator privilidges
to your imported LDAP account before
    exiting
