Unable to move users to the Viewers group in QC

We have QC v11 Patch 9.
We have a group of users we are unable to add to the Viewers group.
Looks like it works, but id really does not add the users to the group.

Any input is would be much appreciated.

QCv11 Patch 10 resolved for us.
