Unable to navigate to test plan from test lab with Rt-click

Previously in Quality Center 11, From the Test Lab/Test Set/Execution Grid pane, I was able to right click on test instance and was able to navigate to the corresponding test case in test plan module.

We recently upgraded to Quality Center 11.52 (and upgraded our projects) and now I am not able to right click on test instance in Execution Grid pane — no sub-menu even comes up!

In ALM 11.52, has the "right click on test instance" functionality been removed or is there a new way we can navigate to test case in test plan module?

Things we tried:

Verify on project had no issues

Created a NEW project and it does NOT have the rt-click issue

You may have a corrupted 'Document Template' file -- but you have a good one in the Test project you created.

Try this:

1) Logon to a project (as a Project Admin) where right click in the GUI functions properly (your new test project)

2) Go to Tools/Customize/Project Report Templates/Document Templates/Document Template

3) Download the document template and save to a location you can remember (like c:TEMP) on the client machine

4) Log out of the project

5) Log into the project (as project admin) where right click in the GUI does not work correctly

6) Go to Tools/Customize/Project Report Templates/Document Templates/Document Template

7) Upload the ''Document Template'' that was saved earlier in Step 3

What is the patch level of your ALM/QC 11.52 application?

We have patch 4 installed, and the r-click functionality works fine in the Test Lab > Test Set > Execution Grid.
