Unable to open the run results. To Open the run results, install the HP Run Results Viewer or the Micro Focus Unified Functional testing Add-in for ALM.

After our recent ALM upgrade, I am currently unable to click on a failed run to view the results from ALM. I reran my UFT installation to make sure I had the appropriate add-ins installed, and it looks like I do. However, I’m still receiving the following error from ALM: Unable to open the run results.

If you have the add in installed I would try this: Try going into UFT and changing the report format: UFT > Tools > Options > General > Run Sessions > Report Format then run a new test and see if you can see the results Marked as spam
