Unable to perform health check after 12.63 patch install

We are currently using Performance Center 12.63 with Windows 2012 Server R2. Also, we use IE 11.
I have upgraded our ALM-PC 12.60 environment to ALM-PC 12.63. The patches on the ALM, PC Server, and PC Hosts all seemed to install without issue.

Since the upgrade and rebooting All ALM-PC components, I have the following issues:

1. When navigating to the System Health page, it just shows a blank page.
2. When navigating to the Hosts page, the information disappears.

Any input would be helpful.

I have seen this same exact issue in our ALM-PC environment. I recommend trying the Chrome browser.
