Unable to run ALM Client Uninstaller Tool on Windows Server 2008 R2 machine

When I try to run the ALM Client Uninstaller Tool on our Windows Server 2008 R2 server machine, I receive an error that .NET Framework 3.5 cannot be installed. Any help?

Here's a Microsoft TechNet link on how to enable/install .NET Framework 3.5 on Windows Server 2012 R2 machines (NOTE: you will need your original Windows Server 2012 R2 installation media!): https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dn482071.aspx Marked as spam
