Unable to run ALM on Windows 8-64bit IE 10 getting below error :
Following client components were not downloaded successfully:

1 . RRV.cab :
This file has no digital signature or the publisher is untrusted.

2 . 3rdParty.cab :
This file has no digital signature or the publisher is untrusted.

Close all connections to Server and try again.

I do not have winds 8 to test against.
However, for a simiar issue with W2008 server, I did see there were a program files and a program files (x86) directory and both had internet explorer subdirectories. The one uner program files was the 64 bit edition and the one under program files (x86) was the 32 bit version.
Assuming these directories exist like they do under windows 7 and windows 2008 server, try running the iexplore.exe form the (x86) directory.

Also try compatability mode or try it turned off.
