unable to run Worksoft test scripts in ALM project

We are unable to run the Worksoft Certify automated test scripts in ALM project. could you please help us on this. thanks in advance.

— We are facing this issue in one project and other projects which are integrated with Worksoft Certify is working fine.

— Worksoft certify version – 10.0.1

— We are running scripts in windows client machine but we are accessing this via Citrix.

— Error description — Could not perform action, user does not have execution rights.

Hi Bhaskar,

As per the error details, It seems, There is no problem in ALM side as its allowing user to execute script. Its purely related to Worksfot certify project level permissions. Please make sure the project assigned to the appropriate admin user in Certify tool. If project assigned to the user who do not have admin access in the Worksoft Certify will not execute scripts in ALM.

Project need to assigned to the admin user in Certify. Please let me know if you need any thing else. Thank you..

Process to add the admin user to the project in Certify.
Login to Worksoft Certify > Click on Users and groups > click on specific project and assign admin user to the project.
