Unable to see Remote Viewer in UFT Mobile 3.30

I can connect my Android device to UFT Mobile 3.30 and perform all of the following operations: Restart/Reconnect, View Mobile Center Agent details. However, I am unable to see the Remote Viewer when I click on Open. What could be wrong?

GoDawgs, The problem you are experiencing can be fixed by doing the following: Add your connector certificate to the Trusted Sites of your Chrome Browser and use Chrome instead of IE. I hope this helps. Marked as spam
