Unable to use PC keyboard on Samsung Galaxy tablet; must use Mobile device keyboard in Mobile Center

When trying to access any android device via mobile center and launching a browser. we want to key-in the Website info, then the user is not able to enter the Web address from his/ her computer keyboard. They are required to use Mobile device keyboard. This is not the case with iOS device. Are there some specific settings that need to be set?

GoDawgs, This is a known issue with Samsung devices; they produce an asynchronous error after 39-40 days. Please update your Samsung drivers and restart your Samsung devices. This should fix your issue. Marked as spam
