Unlock MFConnect admin account

I am trying to test the upgraded MFConnect version in our non-Production environment and the admin account is now locked. How do we get it unlocked?

There is a batch file that microfocus provides in a utilities folder that can unlock the user account, contact your support rep to get the MF connect utilities, some newer versions of MFConnect come with it pre packaged. Marked as spam
