Upgraded ALM require Sprinter upgrade as well?

We recently upgraded our ALM to 12.50 and now we can't connect to Sprinter. Does Sprinter require an upgrade as well?

Hello, Sprinter will need an upgrade as well to version 12.50 to be able to work successfully with ALM 12.50. The new installer will uninstall any prior version for you. If policy prevents such, have an admin remove the prior Sprinter install first. Marked as spam
