When sending an email from within ALM (i.e. from in Test Plan) the URL to the Test Case does not match any setting in Site Configuration

For example the IP address in the links (below) do not match the actual URL/IP to ALM

testdirector:XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX:8080/qcbin,DEFAULT,PROJECT,[AnyUser];test:12058
testdirector:XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX:8080/qcbin,DEFAULT,PROJECT,[AnyUser];requirement:9003

Our BAs want to create links within their requirements to other artifacts within ALM.
Is it possible to force the internally generated URL to use the actual ALM URL/IP?

ALM provides 2 Site configuration parameters to address the issue :

1 ) ENTITY_LINK_HOST : This parameter enables you to set the mail server host name used in the link to an entity when ALM mails an entity.

2 ) ENTITY_LINK_PORT : This parameter enables you to set the mail server port number used in the link to an entity when ALM mails an entity.

By default, ALM uses the default port number and host name specified during installation. These two parameters are optional and are available for QC 10 and above versions.

Setting the above parameters to correct values helps in fixing some of the issues faced with accessing the links/URL.
