User group permissions required for Sprinter

Had had some users complain that they cannot update or delete some tests in Sprinter, even when they are the owner of the test.

Assume we might be missing a permission in user groups?

Hello,

Permissions that are required for Sprinter are as listed below:

You must have the following permissions in Application Lifecycle Management to run a test in Sprinter:

Test Lab > Results -- Create, update, and delete

Test Lab > Run -- Create and update

To save your user information to Application Lifecycle Management you need the following additional permissions:

Resources > Resources -- Create, update, and delete

Resources > Resources folder -- Create and update

To edit test steps, you need the following additional permissions:

Test Plan > Design Step -- Create, update, and delete

To create new manual tests, you need the following additional permissions:

Test Plan > Test -- Create, update, and delete

Test Plan > Test folder -- Create, update, and delete

Test Plan > Test Parameters -- Create, update, and delete

Also, by owner permission is not supported:
Sprinter does not support the By Owner Only permission level in ALM. A user who has permissions set to By Owner Only to create, update, or delete steps will not be able to add update or delete even those steps where he is the owner.
