Users Cannot Access ALM after MSI push

Hello…we have users who are getting an error Main Application Process Failed to Start, contact you system administrator. We pushed an msi file yesterday with the clean utility. She was able to access yesterday and cannot after the push.

Remove the HP folder from c:users\appdata and then try the client again
