Users in ALM are unable to view reports in the dashboard, they are getting the error "Module Not Found" what could be causing this?

I have seen before where this error can occur when some machines are missing the MSXML 4.0 Service Pack 3 if they have this, more than likely there is some other dependent that Microsoft office requires for the reports to run or be viewed. Marked as spam
