v11.52 Unable to create graph using business view

We are trying to create a graph using a business view.
We have verified that the SQL is working correctly.
The project administrator has verified that the business view is returning the correct results.
However, when I try to select the business view to use for the graph, it is does not appear for selection.

Private answer

Verify with the project administrator that they published the business view.
This must be done to make the business view available to the users.
The publish dropdown is above the business view configuration area in the menu bar.
