Very large QC project lags or fails when retrieving data for a test set wtih many (10K) tests

We have a very large project in QC 11.52 (with ORACLE), how to improve performance on the database or app side? Our new production environment seems to hang a bit on the GetRunValue when we click on a testset with large number of tests up to 9-10k or when we click on the test run module. Sometimes the ui does not even come back with results.

You could try to see if this is isolated to one project. If it is only one project and your HEAP looks to be ample, it might just be the indexing or something amiss in the project data. MAKE A BACKUP of your project (project DB/Schema and Repository), then Marked as spam

It was only one project and we have already increased our HEAP. Repair seems to be working and helped! Marked as spam
