VUDs validity check has failed; Error

After upgrading Performance Center from 11 to 12.20 and installing a new license, we are getting the following error in the ALM/PC Health Check on the ALM server:

"VUDs validity check has failed, manual changes to database were made. Call HP support for assistance"

This is a known issue with HP; you have to two options with this error.

1. If you do not use VUDs or plan to use VUDS you can ignore this error.
2. If you use VUDs or plan to use VUDs, you will need to contact HP, to create a hotfix for your environment to resolve the error.
